Nobody Dies in Longyearbyen

 

We traveled to Longyearbyen, the northernmost city in the world, on account of the rumor that it was illegal for anyone to die there. And while that’s not necessarily true, we did walk into the first act of a sci-fi movie about something deadly buried in the permafrost.
