I’m a DIY Wonder Woman Porn Actress

Rule 34 is never truer than when applied to movie franchises, and among the most easily translatable are those in the superheroine genre. It’s cosplay meets fan fiction meets just about every fetish ever (role-play, latex, bondage, BDSM, you name it). A brief scan of PornHub reveals superheroine plots like this one, in which Wonder Woman and Supergirl turn against each other, fighting bare-handed until one performs revenge cunnilingus on the other (obviously). Or another in which Batwoman disempowers Supergirl with kryptonite, ties her up, strips her naked and leaves her on the floor of — where else? — a local library.

With this year’s non-porn iteration of Wonder Woman smashing box-office records since opening on June 2, it should come as no surprise that by June 3, RedTube searches for the Amazonian heroine spiked by 316 percent. But who are these DIY porn Gal Gadots? We tracked down a couple of them : Anastasia Pierce, best known for playing Wonder Woman, and Kendra James, best known for playing both good — Batwoman — and evil — Poison Ivy.

Anastasia Pierce, Fetish Model and Adult Actress

I’ve been doing lesbian fetish movies for 15 years, and Wonder Woman for at least the last three. While the girl-girl latex genre kind of got overdone, there was a large portion of the public that wanted to see superheroines with a fetish aspect — like a typical dom situation but with a superheroine and supervillain. I did several characters at first, but Wonder Woman became one of the favorites. I released five different movies with her. There was one that was really popular called The Trophy Room. It involved three girls and Wonder Woman being captured by a collector and turned into sex dolls. They were all from different universes because the fans don’t seem to care if it’s DC or Marvel.

Wonder Woman VS Poison Ivy — Helpless and Drained of Life

I fully direct and produce the movies as well as edit them and create the graphics. We make our own stories, or sometimes fans provide scripts that we get inspired by. Other times, we take one story and follow up on it the next time, like a sequel.

The fans like the sense of danger, the heroine being in danger and captured. They enjoy seeing Wonder Woman overpowered, humiliated and sometimes mind-controlled. They also want to see her lose. But because she’s so powerful, I tend to only have her lose 50 percent of the time. I think fans like to be reminded that she’s powerful before she ends up helpless. That’s part of the turn-on. You see somebody so powerful in a situation of powerlessness. Then it’s mixed in with fetish scenarios — for instance, the superhero will be tied up and maybe interrogated and flogged. It brings a lot more to the story and makes it a lot more interesting. It’s also a way for people who aren’t into fetish to be into fetish, because it’s a superhero situation, and so it’s okay.

Overall, we explore a lot of different fetishes, but in general, the same kind of things always comes up — cat fights, bondage, damsels in distress, strap-ons, humiliation scenarios, etc. Obviously, nobody ever gets hurt for real; it’s all theatrical, and it’s always consensual.

One thing that is different in superheroine porn scenes is that we keep the majority of our clothes on. It matters a lot to the fans that most of the costume stay on. They don’t want Wonder Woman naked with just the tiara and the bracelet; they want to see more of the outfit. They always want to be reminded that it’s her. That’s a big one in the whole superheroine world — to keep the character throughout the whole story. Even if a superhero is masked, it’s vitally important that they remain masked at all times.

So we find ways to leave things on. For example, in the movie, Wonder Woman has a chest piece that essentially covers her from her boobs to below her waist. In the fetish one, though, I have a waist section and a corset — allowing me to at least take off one of them. Pantyhose are a big fetish element, too. The fans love superheroines to have shiny pantyhose. That’s why we rip them — they kind of want them to be there. Ripping them also adds to the story of us being ravaged.

Despite the success of the movie, the majority of fans are still fans of the Lynda Carter TV Wonder Woman. The movie will definitely bring out new fans, because it was an amazing movie — I loved that her costume was so different and Amazonian warrior-like. But as far as my ongoing customers, they continue to like the classic look: the panties with the stars.

Kendra James, Fetish Model and Adult Actress

I’ve been an adult performer and a fetish model for nearly 20 years, so I’m always dressing up. In 2012, however, a friend suggested I do Batwoman because no one else was doing her. I started researching the character and had a costume made. She’s become my main character — along with Poison Ivy [a supervillain from the Batman series]. I play them most frequently. I’ll play Batgirl and Supergirl from time to time, too. Then I have custom characters that I’ve done for clients who are looking for something different. There are a few videos on my site with those. Circe would be one; she’s more of a sorceress. I also have Cinder and Frost, who are fire and ice sisters; Ivana Itchosatch, who is a Russian spy; and Cherry Bomb, who is an expert bombmaker.

Batwoman: Seduction double cross!

As far as scenarios go, the heroine generally loses. That seems to be what people want to see — the good girl getting overpowered. It makes sense. If you go back to the 1960s and 1970s, teenage boys watched the Batman TV show and saw sexy characters like Batgirl and Catwoman always in peril. Catwoman was trying to seduce people, while Batgirl was always very innocent and getting into trouble. I think that probably sparked something in teenage boys’ sexual awakenings. Now those teenagers are adults, and it’s sort of been a fantasy in the back of their minds for a long time — all the seduction, the costumes and the innocent sexuality.

Then there’s the fetish aspect, which is always mixed in, because you have a lot of very specific scenarios. Wonder Woman comes from all these Amazonian warriors, and men want to see her in a vulnerable position because she’s such a strong character. Seeing her tied up, seeing her bound, seeing her knocked out by a chloroform rag — those are the smaller fetishes within the broader picture. Ultimately, though, I think it’s the appeal of the strong woman being vulnerable.

Regarding the kitsch factor, the smaller studios and performers like myself who skate the line between performer and producer work with what’s available and do it because we love comics, cosplay and are a bit geeky. If we happen to have a decent budget, we’ll rent a studio. But if our budget only allows for another performer and the cameraman, we’re more likely to use a house and try to write a story around that.

Those stories are mostly based on fan requests, the comics themselves and basic porn scenarios with costumes thrown in. Sometimes I’ll have a detail-oriented story in mind that I’m excited about. Other times, it’s slapped together at the last minute and based on a formula that’s worked before: Superheroine and villain fight; superheroine loses; villain molests her; heroine breaks free and gets her revenge.
